All products are custom-made based on the specifications provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details, including dimensions, colors, and designs, are accurate before placing an order.

3. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

You can request changes to your design until you approve your digital proof. Once you approve it, production begins and the order can no longer be modified or canceled.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is free with FedEx Express to the USA and Canada. We commit to deliver your order within 4 business days after you approve your digital proof (Monday to Friday, holidays excluded). Delays caused by the carrier, weather or other events beyond our control are excluded.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the product is defective or does not match the approved specifications. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt with photographic evidence, and we will address the issue promptly.

7. Intellectual Property
