2. Can I order a custom size?

Absolutely! Just send us the exact measurements, and we’ll craft a tablecloth tailored to fit your needs with precision. Custom sizing is one of our specialties.

3. Can I return a tablecloth?

Since every item we produce is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns. However, our Guaranteed Happiness Policy means we’ll always work with you to make things right. If there’s a defect or manufacturing error, we’ll gladly reprint your item or arrange a partial or full refund. We pride ourselves on clear communication, detailed proofs of vectorized art work before shipping to ensure your satisfaction from the start.

4. Do you offer a design preview before printing?

Yes! We’ll send you a digital proof for your review and approval before we proceed with production. Nothing gets printed until you give us the green light.

5. How do I care for my tablecloth?

To keep your tablecloth looking its best:

  • Machine wash or hand wash in cold water.
  • Avoid bleach or harsh detergents.
  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
  • Light iron if necessary.

Following these steps will help preserve the color and quality of your tablecloth for many events to come.

6. How long does production and shipping take?

Most orders are produced within 2 business days after your design is approved. We ship exclusively through Fedex, and they take around 2 more days.  We know timing is everything in event planning, so we guarantee delivery by the 4th business day.

7. Do you offer bulk pricing?

Yes! We offer special conditions for the Corporate Buyer Program. If you’re ordering for multiple locations, large events, corporate rollouts, and especially  if you are distributor or professional event organizer printing weekly orders, we want to talk to you.  Contact us directly for a personalized prcing scheme.
